1. Find Your Car

First, click on the “STOCK” tab on the top of your screen and search our stock list for the car you want to purchase. Click on the photo or the ID number of the car to see more photos and full details of the unit. If you are looking for something not available in our stock, send us an Inquiry.

2. Register - It’s Easy! It’s Secure! It’s Free!

For new members, when you find a car you like, click on REGISTER or scroll down to the Inquiry Form. Input all your personal information correctly, and send us an inquiry. If you are already a member, Log In and send us an inquiry.

3. Receive User ID and Password on Your Email Address and Log In

New members will immediately receive an email from SAS with your User ID and password. Log In to our “Members Only” secure site and you will be able to see all our C&F asking prices and can communicate with the SAS Team to get answers to any questions you may have.The C&F price will be determined based on the country of destination and port of discharge information you provide when you register.

4. Receive Invoice

When you’re ready to buy, we will send you a proforma invoice on your Member’s Page. When you confirm the order, you will receive the final invoice with our bank details on the secure Member’s Page and the car will automatically be reserved for you.

5. Make Payment

We accept payment only in US$ by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) from a major bank in your country. We will accept a 50% deposit or 100% payment prior to shipment. All cars with invoice value of US$3,000 C&F or less will require 100% payment prior to shipment. If your payment is not confirmed by the Payment Due Date noted on the Invoice, the order will automatically be cancelled and the car will become available to other buyers.

6. Shipment

As soon as payment is confirmed, we will begin the shipping process and will load your car on the earliest possible vessel.

7. Documents

We will send you a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL) on the secure Member's Page as proof of shipment within a few days after the vessel sails. The balance of your payment will be due immediately. When we receive the remainder of your payment, we will send you all the original documents by DHL and provide you with a tracking number. If payment is made on time, the original documents will arrive with plenty of time to spare to ensure a smooth custom clearing process at the destination port.
